MY DOG WAS ATTACKED BY A STAFF MEMBERS OFF LEASH DOGS HERE I have nothing good to say about this business. I brought my 3 year old Dogo Argentino here to set up primary care and then in the weeks following have a tooth extraction. At the time I had just recently adopted her, and while I knew she was friendly with dogs and people I did not know much else about her temperament. This was communicated with vet staff, and I explained to them that I had seen a few demonstrations of mild leash reactivity that appeared to be over excitement and not aggression. However having previously owned a leash reactive dog I requested that she not be allowed to interact with other animals at the clinic and that she wait in the car until they were ready for her. When picking her up from her tooth extraction while leaving the clinic one of their vet techs let four of her off leash dogs out of a side gate. I attempted to continue walking my dog to the car while communicating with her to please recall her dogs and not allow them to approach mine. She had ZERO recall or voice control over any of these dogs. All of them rushed my dog and this turned into a snarling, snapping mess of her off leash dogs and my on leash and post anesthesia dog. In the chaos her Australian shepherd not only grabbed my dog but knocked me to the ground causing me to injure my wrist. The tech whom the dogs belonged to did little to nothing to secure her animals. Once finally separated another staff member finally came outside and asked if I was ok. They made zero effort to provide solutions, next steps, information of the owner, or information regarding the dogs vaccination status. They did not even offer to assess my dog to see if she had been injured during this event. Every "remedy" to this incident was something I had to request and follow up to receive. When I requested an incident report the "report" they gave me downplayed the entire incident. It also falsely claimed that I "tripped" walking to my car, and that there were witnesses to the incident. I would never take my dog to this clinic if you value not only their safety and well being but your won. They were highly unprofessional and incredibly lackadaisical in their attitude regarding this entire incident. This not only put my dogs immediate safety at risk, it set her up for a multitude of potential future behavioral problems.

This vet and Pet care service is the best. They take time ti inform you of all procedures. I like it when they gave our dog his shot outside where our dog was. So easy for all of us

Kind staff all around, thoroughly communicated everything and including price during exam which I really liked. I appreciated being given options for different tests and their costs, which I found overall after my cat was taken care of was a very reasonable price for everything i added (blood test and vaccines) onto his initial intake for an open wound. Thank you for taking good care of my kitty 😺 will definitely be back for wellness checkups in the future.
