Sunday night my dog went into labor, one of the puppies got stuck and didn’t make it. I called this place to get her in so it wouldn’t happen to the rest of the litter, as my dog seemed in distress. I really thought I was going to lose mom and her puppies. This was clearly an emergency situation. The girl that answered said the Dr. was in a surgery, which I understand. Unfortunately at that time of night trying to find another place close enough to help in my situation was limited. When I told the girl we had no other options her sympathy ran short and her response was “Well I don’t know what to tell you”. Maybe this place needs more staff to help in the event of numerous emergency situations at once or staff that is more sympathetic and understanding. Needless to say I know where I WON’T be going in the future.

Compassion and understanding. Pet end of life is always hard and I appreciated them helping us at odd hours. Delaying this would have been far worse and more stressful.

Came with my dog for an emergency as his eye was so swollen he couldnt blink. Nobody is at the front desk, when someone finally comes I say his eye is so swollen and she says okay its a 3 hr wait. Didn't look at his eye. And im like im gonna go somewhere else as no one is this emergency clinic is treating this like an emergency. She just keeps trying to talk to me as im trying to get somewhere else where they give a shit to even look.

We took our beautiful Saint Bernard and with an emergency issue with her breathing and eating. We are incredibly grateful for whatever time we get with our beautiful girl thanks to this team who have stabilized her and allowed us to bring her home. We would highly recommend them if you have an emergency and need top-notch care for your animal. Thank you Dr Roth Dr Reynolds and the entire team

We just took our chiweenie in at 3am because his face was swollen and he was very itchy. The woman at the front desk, I wish I had remembered her name but she was amazing and sweet with our boy while he was scared. Both her and the doctor where kind, caring and helpful! Great experience and our little guy is already starting to feel better. Thank you! ✝️ ❤️
